VO5 NME Awards 2017, i nomi di tutti i vincitori

Ieri sera si sono tenuti alla O2 Academy di Brixton gli VO5 NME Awards 2017 e i veri eroi della serata sono stati i Pet Shop Boys che hanno portato a casa il Godlike Genius Award. La motivazione del premio è stata data da Johnny Marr: “I vincitori di questo premio hanno cambiato la musica pop, per oltre tre decadi, con un successo dopo l’altro. Hanno portato romanticismo, moda, stile, arte in questa meravigliosa cosa che è la musica pop.”

Accetando il premio, Neil Tennant ha detto: “La nostra carriera ha visto grandissime collaborazioni con produttori, programmatori, remixers e noi vogliamo ringraziare ognuno di loro e accettare questo premio per il bene della musica elettronica, della musica dance e della scintillante musica pop. Grazie mille a tutti.”
